So I've just changed my cable box. It's from the same provider but different brand. The first one was a Scientific Atlanta 2200 and the new one is a PACE 511. I know the codesets should be different, but the remote control of the older box can control the new box and vice versa without setting anything. I know that my provider use Scientific Atlanta firmware in Pace boxes. So, the codesets of these two boxes should have the same codesets should'n they? I try the "send_power_new.sh" script and the PACE never went on. Any idea? |
