| Post subject: | Cannot configure Input Connection |
This is my first time using Knoppmyth. I have been trying a new install with 2 Hauppauge cards, a PVR-150 and PVR-250. Install seems to go okay. When I select the Capture Cards I select /dev/video0 and /dev/video1. I have other choices available video24, video25, video32 and video33. I assume I need video0 and video1, but being a noob I am just guessing. Selecting the video source part seems good, it finds my schedulesdirect.com account. Under the Input Connections screen I select the /dev/video0(tuner1). On the next page I cannot get any options under Video Source. The field contains (none) and I cannot change it. I figure I am overlooking something stupid, but cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Scott |

See http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php? ... WatchingTV Be sure to read through the whole page, it will save you some pain down the road. Did you select "MPEG-2 Encoder (PVR-x50, PVR-500)" and not "Analog V4L capture card"? |
