| Post subject: | 'No such device' error on install |
I received the following error during an auto-install attempt: Code: Error: Formatting of /dev/hda1 failed. Some messages from mkfs.ext3: mke2fs 1.36 (05-Feb-2005) mkfs.ext3: No such device or address while trying to determine filesystem type.
I say ok, and it just takes me back to the install screen. I am trying to install this on a system with SCSI drives Is that not possible? |

autoinstall does not support scsi you'll have to do a manual install. Search on the forums for more details. |
