Post subject: | Upgraded to R5B7 - mythweb recording schedule bugs |
I use mythweb almost exclusively to add/change/delete recording schedules. After I upgraded to R5B7 now I get a broken link when I attempt to change a recording schedule. Also, I'm unable to delete a recording (via mythweb) with another broken link. All of this works normal via the normal (X) interface. Anyone else experiencing this? I suppose I can blow away my whole recording collection if I have to and do a fresh install. Thanks ________ How to roll a blunt |

Are you accessing MythWeb via Internet Explorer? If so, there is some issue involving MSIE and MythWeb. If you hit it from Firefox or some other browser it should work fine. Found a fix referred to on mythtv-users; have not tried it so can't say if it works: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/m ... ers/189498? You add the line Code: BrowserMatch "MSIE" AuthDigestEnableQueryStringHack=On
to your httpd.conf file and restart Apache. |

This only works for apache 2.0.51 (i earlier said 2.0.55 from memory but that was wrong) or greater. Knoppmyth ships with 1.3. If someone enterprising could work out how to safely upgrade, I for one would appreciate it. |

When using FireFox, try the following URL: http://your_myth_address_here/mythweb/mythweb.php This opens every time for me under Windoze and FireFox. It should work with: http://your_myth_address_here/mythweb/ (Note trailing slash / character.) But sometimes this doesn't work for me. I haven't tried to figure it out as I just save a link to the first URL and choose it from my menu. |

Basically mythweb is unusable if you use IE. Apache 1.3 is pretty old (but reliable) but now this forces a reason to upgrade. ________ EASY VAPE VAPORIZER |
