Anyone know how to get Closed Captioning (CC) to work on HDTV programs recorded via firewire?

I am (mostly) successfully recording via firewire to a Motorola 6200, but have been asked to enable Closed Captioning.

Thanks in advance.

I'm on R5D1 and CC works fine on recordings captured from the Motorola 6200 box over firewire. You need to enable capturing of the CC data in the "general" section of myth setup. Myth setup is accessed by hitting ALT-s on your keyboard. I don't remember exactly which setting it is, but it's titled something like "NTSC VBI", if memory serves me correctly.

On playback, turn on CC playback. This can be enabled from the playback menu or by hitting the letter T.
