| Post subject: | Missing atscscan |
I just upgraded from R5D1 to R5D50. Installed my HD-5000 DVB card and can't seem to find the program "atscscan" to begin testing the card / channels. Any help pointers would be apreciated. PS: I installed the card after the upgrade, not before--if that matters! Thanks. |

A quick search can turn this up: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Ad ... uner_Cards It looks as though atscscan is not present anymore. I quickly tried "scan" and that works. But, if you read the wiki page from above, it points you to use the built in Myth one to set myth up. I used scan to get a list to test my card. you can do the following: cd /usr/share/doc/dvb-utils/examples/ scan atsc/us-Cable-Standard-center-frequencies-QAM256 > channels.conf Hope that helps. |
