I have already solved this problem but I thought I'd post it to save someone else from wasting hours like I did yesterday. I was trying to scan for an extra dvb channel that has finally started in my area. I had already added the channel to my xmltv source, so I figured I would just go to the Channel Editor and do a scan. Unfortunately it would only find the channels I could already receive. When I tried deleting my existing Transports the scanner picked up the new station but none of the others. Basically after much stuffing around with the scanner in the "Channel Editor" I found another scanner button in the "Input Connections" menu. Finally this scanner found every channel in my area. |
