Hi all,

I'm trying to troubleshoot my HD antenna signals. I'm using a Hauppauge 1600 and an HD antenna and mythtv 0.25.
I previously had everything working fine in a different city but recently moved to Tallahassee and am trying to get the new channels set up.
I loaded all the channel information both from a regular scan and have also tried from SchedulesDirect.
When I plug in to just my TV the channels come in fine but when I try to view them through MythTV v 0.25 the signal shows up all garbled. It's not exactly static but almost scrambled looking. I'm not really sure where to start with this or how to troubleshoot it.
I also tried loading the channels in to mplayer and recording short clips of each channel and they all showed up fine through that so I know the card works.
I know this isn't a lot of information to go on but if any specific details are needed let me know and I'll provide them. Like I said I don't really know where to go at this point.

have you tried eliminating all of your splitters. Just a direct line from your antenna to your card? It sounds like digital signal loss and there are lots of causes for that.
What kind of Antenna are you using? Have you plugged your zip code into www.antennaweb.org ? It looks like NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX stations are near each other on the Georgia border.
