Forgive me and point me in the right direction if I am rehashing a question that has been answered, but I have had no luck searching the boards here or elseware.

That being said he is my problem. I have recorded a show that ran a bit long so the last 15 seconds or so got cut off. Thankfully I was also recording the show immediately following it on the same channel. I have already used cutlists and nuvexport to get the 15 seconds of the first show from the second. My problem is when I try to load either part into virtualdub or nandub I get an error saying that "Couldnt locate compressor for format 'xvid' (unknown). Virtual(or Nan)dub requires a Video for Windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. Directshow codecs, such as those used by windows media player, are not suitable." Does anyone know how to merge two xvid files created using nuvexport-xvid? I use all the default settings when I encode. Thanks,
