I continued the increase by 6000 up the channels (frequency setting) with no improvement.

I found this website with frequencies, but that didn't seem to help, either.

and
Here's a great one for cable frequencies, with the difference between standards shown:
http://www.jneuhaus.com/fccindex/cablech.html

Also trying frequencies in the chart at the jneuhaus.com website, none of them helps for tuning in the channels.

Is this the correct way to adjust the frequencies? Change them in the Setup on MythWeb, save the changes. Then change the channel in Myth off and back on the channel?

BTW - I did get a call back from Time Warner - they use the Standard frequencies for cable.

Could someone in US show a screen capture of the frequencies used in their setup so I can compare?

I re-ran myth-setup and had it delete all my channels. Then I went back in and download the list of channels from Zap2It. I did NOT do a scan of channels in myth (I think that's how I got the actual frequencies to show up in the web interface before) and now for the frequencies in the MythWeb/channel setup webpage, all the frequencies are just the channel numbers. No frequencies like I had before. I still can't tune the same block of channels as before.

Should I do a scan for channels? Or enter the frequencies manually?

It's getting to appear this a hopeless cause?

i found no solution so far. I think it's my cable company (comcast) sucking. I called and they said something about not having a powerful analog signal on the block of channels im missing (but i think they've just been encrypted... they look like channels that you dont pay for look--but i do pay for these). I get the channels perfectly through my digital box, of course
