Hi, I install KnoppMYTH OK and get through the "General" Setup OK, however because I am in Norway the channel search hangs on 50%, OK I know how to get to a terminal to configure manually but this just results in lengthy lists of channels. Is it possible to jump over this stage so I can setup my music and video first and if so how ? Thank You. |

Yes, you can skip the entire tuner/channel setup and go back to it by opening an XTerm and running mythtv-setup. See http://knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page ... MytTVsetup for more particulars. Obviously you can't watch/record TV until you perform those steps, but you can setup the other functionality. |
