Hell All, I am installed knoppmyth R5F27 to my 40 GB hardisk sucessfully ...by using Document Pamphlet of Knoppmyth and I done Auto Install by using this link http://www.mythpvr.com/mythtv/distribution/knoppmyth/install.html and In that video link I followed all the steps.and I am not using DHCP server.I configured for my local IP address. and Now I am able to Scan ,Watch and Recording all the Channels.with all the options that as in Mythtv home . my requirement is How to capture all the logos of the channel and how to skip commercial adds .... ? Is there any options ? NOTE: In Home there is an one option for listing the channels .... the Path is Home-> manage Recording -> schedule recording -> program guide -> Search Lists ->Channel please Any One help -> how this works what I have to setup ? any extra software packages need to install ? for any clarifications please reply any time on this Forum i will be avilable...! |

There is info on the wiki and in the forums about about how to get missing logos for your stations. Searching for "icon" or "icons" in either place should take you almost directly to it. Press the M key on your keyboard while watching a recording (not live TV) and at the top of the menu that is displayed (fourth line I think) will be the commercial skipping option (something like on, off, or notify). You can change the default so that you don't have to keep going into the M menu all the time by doing this: starting from the main menu goto utilities/setup then setup then TV settings The Playback pages has a field that lets you change the default at playback from no commercial flagging to yes commercial flagging to just notify. The General pages has a field to turn on commercial flagging processing at record time (probably already on). |
