I have made a frontend only version of Mythtv and would like some testers.

It is based on a stripped down version of Puppy linux and weighs in @ only 109 mb.

It will run from cd and allow you to save your settings back to the cd if you burned it multisession, or to a hard drive/usb stick. It can also be installed to a usb stick or a frugal install to a hard drive. Totally loads in ram so I suspect 512mb might be the minimum but if you have an older system with less ram give it a try and let me know.

Known issues

Myth music not working
no remote control support
no proprietary video drivers (nvidia install package is in iso but not loaded)
no samba support (will be added as I need it )
