Just wanted to report yet another reason why $20/yr is worth every penny to Schedules Direct.

The local Verizon FIOS provider switched lots of channels around yesterday. LOTS. When I logged into my SD account, though, the old lineup was still there. So I submitted a "lineup support" question.

Within an hour, a real live human had written back and asked some follow-up questions ("give me some examples of lineup changes, what are the call letters of those stations," etc.).

Today: the whole lineup is there in my account. Fantastic service.

I recently had much the same experience. Brighthouse had added the Big Ten Network just in time for college football season. When I logged into my account on SD I didn't see it, so I shot them a quick lineup support note to let them know it was available. They responded in < 2 hours to let me know they had already added it.

What I hadn't realized is that I needed to update my lineup on SD (I ended up deleting and recreating it, not sure what the "appropriate" method is), wait for the regular daily mythfilldatabase and I was ready to roll. Doesn't happen automagically apparently.
