Has anyone been successful running a MythFrontend on an AppleTV using the native operating system? I followed these instructions: Code: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Installing_MythFrontend_on_an_AppleTV
I get a "Bus Error" message when mythfrontend crashes as it starts. Seeing Scott Davilla's atvusb-creator got me thinking about running mythfrontend inside the AppleTV. I found the instructions on the wiki site and thought I was all set. No such luck. |

crashreporter log file will show the problem. But did you also copy the required fonts over to the appletv. That was one step that numerious users missed in trying to get OSX mythfrontend running on the AppleTV. |

I have been running 5.5 on my appletv for a few months, aside from some hd teething pains it has been great. Craig |

It was a problem with the fonts; they are copied over and the frontend starts up now. Thanks for your help. |
