Hello, I'm confused about the method Myth uses for selecting which input to use. Here is my scenario: I have a rule configured to record any NFL football game. So this coming Sunday CBS and Fox bot have games at 12 and 3. For some reason, at 12 Myth have chosen Input 1 for CBS and Input 0 for Fox. But then at 3, it switches to Input 0 for CBS and Input 1 for Fox. It seems to me that it would make more sense for it to stay on the same Input, if it is recording back to back shows. In this schedule, it is even more annoying when one station has a game at 12, and the other has game at 12 and 3. In this scenario, because of this tuner switch, I loose the added buffer I have for the Category OverTime record. I guess my question, is there any setting that would manage this better? Hopefully I've made myself clear. |

NFL games >> I have the same issue. What I did was change the ending time to 220 minutes after the early games end. Thus from 1pm to 7:40pm I'm recording on both cbs and fox. Secondly I bought more cards. I now have three analog tuners and two digital. So that solves a lot of headaches too. Lastly what are you referring to with regard to Category Over Time?? >>> I loose the added buffer I have for the Category OverTime record. Thanks, -Abs |
