Does anyone have the Mythlink (Pretty) script working on a MythTV slave backend that uses its own storage drives for recordings?

I believe most people with slave backends use NFS or Samba and a mount point via the remote connection to keep their recordings together on one of the backends. However, I don't do this and instead use the native Myth protocol in order to make use of all the storage capacity I have in both my backends (over 1TB). (If someone can tell me how to use two different storage locations for Myth recordings via mount points or otherwise, please do).

The mythlink pretty script works fine on the master backend, but doesn't create the links on the slave backend. Anyone have thoughts on how to fix this?
