So I've gotten channels to work, but I had to reinstall Ra16 to do it. I am not sure if Mythtv works well with the connexant driven Winfast 2000 XP expert, which I am using as the tuner. I *do* know that it does work when there are no channels, but as soon as I put in my channels, I get the green and purple washed out video signal issue. But as soon as I remove the channels from an input source, the issue now persists. In fact, I don't know how to get the unit to work again (an install before, it was working extremely well) Anybody have experience with the Winfast 2000 XP (expert) and installation? I installed Knoppmyth back in July, and I've had very little luck getting things to work. |

yes the expert uses the conexant chipset which for the longest time did not work, though I've heard people have it working now. seems like someone on this forum did, but I know there are several on the mythtv mailing list, though I believe you will have to update your c8xx driver, and possibly the tuner driver as well. |

Could this possibly be a sync-on-green issue with your monitor? |
