I have a Christmas special I recorded on MythTV (TV show - saved on Myth now) that I'd like to use to make an audio CD - with commercials removed as well. Is this possible? I searched and didn't see anyone else request this, nor find it in Google.

Or, do I need to use some other software to accomplish this?

I see no reason why not.... Perhaps with Audacity or Avidemux.
