Riddle me this, why is it that theme authors never seem to be able to get the blasted file ownerships or permissions right? This is such a trivial thing to take care of, but shows the difference between those who have all their ducks in a row and those who don't. Seriously...
Here is a recipe for installing the 4:3 version of this theme and correcting the permissions issues.
