| Post subject: | myth2ipod podcast fails htaccess and htpasswd |
so i have been using myth2ipod script but I can not connect to my ipod feed and i believe it is because I use a htaccess and htpasswd to secure mythweb. So my mythweb address is httpS://ipaddress and I need a username and password, so when i subscibe to the podcast it fails because you need authentication to access my apache server. has any one run in to this program? how do you think I can get around it? As of right now i just go to https://ipaddress/ipodfeed and download my shows from there but it would be cool if I could just use itunes. |

Subscribe to: https://user:password@myfeed.com/ipodfeed/feed.php Besides you have to subscribe to the actual feed.php file unless you have renamed it to index.php, or modified the httpaccess file. A little searching would have solved this one for you. It has nothing to do with myth2ipod though. |
