| Post subject: | Ripped DVD not showing up in Media Library |
I did a recent install of KnoppyMyth R5A30.2, got the DVD player working playing optical discs, and ripped a DVD. The .vob file is in the video folder, but when I go to the Media Library via MythFrontend, it doesn't show any Movies. Any suggestions? |

You have to scan the files into the MythVideo database. Utilities/ Setup > Video Manager You can also setup MythVideo so it doesn't need to scan new files in Utilities/Setup > Media Settings > Video >General Settings |
