I get No Sound for my WinTV PCI Can do everything else change channel etc . Even when i record TV I dont get any sound. The chip is BT848 thats all i know about the card. The card is connected to my sound on AUX. Also i can get sound while Playing DVDs. |

LineIn is the normal place to connect the jumper, with Mic. being a distant 2nd. Have you done the right mixer setup as per the MythTV docs? http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-7.html |

I found out that the card is not being told to send sound! Is their anyway that i can do |

Search for "bttv sound" or "bttv audio" and require all terms. You may have the wrong tuner type set for the driver. Can do? |

Sorry I meant is their anyway to fix this problem. Theirs one other thing the sound works kdetv so i didnt think it would have anything to do with the drivers. |
