let me tell you a little about my setup. I am running 30.2, I have a 2 prv-150 cards, and a LVM setup. Other than that I think it is pretty standard. Sometimes when it records I get no sound recorded. not every recording, and not on any one channel. I dont know where to go from here, and I do not have a lot of linux experiance, so any help would be great! |

Where are you located, what is your feed, and what frequency set are you using? The are a number of US cable systems (such as Comcast in eastern MA) which use a frequency standard called "IRC" which was not directly supported before MythtTV 0.19. Are you using US-Cable and are channels 5 and 6 pretty far off? If so hunt around for the workaround I posted. |

I am located in Tacoma WA, and I use basic Comcast cable. The only channel that I needed to fine tune seems to be channel 19, and it was only off by a little. channels 5 and 6 seem to be just fine and I did not need to fine tune them. Thanks. Any other ideas? |
