Not only MythGame, but the main menu, MythDVD, MythWeather, the works. I have a wireless a bluetooth gamepad that I would like to use as a remote.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hey there, what kind of gamepad do you have? I'm looking to get one for my new MacBook, but I can't seem to find any bluetooth ones.

Cheers

I don't know of anything for mythtv directly, but years ago I used a program called joy2key. There is a linux version out there somewhere, dunno if it's still around. Basically you just assign a keyboard key to a button on your joystick/gamepad.

It is still around. There is a writeup on the wiki about using a joystick to control MythTV.

I found another program, works better for me than joy2key. It is called qjoypad. The source wouldn't compile for me and the deb had old dependencies. I downloaded the rpm and ran sudo alien -d qjoypad-3.4-1.i586.rpm. Alien will go through the dependencies and update them. Should install fine after that with dpkg -i qjoypad-3.4-1.i586.deb. I found it much easier to configure and use than joy2key.
