Just an FYI. I have 3 250s in my machine (all the new revs). When I was buying them originally I got one that was the old version. I noticed on the bottom of the box by the UPC, the one that was the old version said something like SLU1.2. The new ones were SLU1.4. I returned the 1.2 and swapped it for a 1.4 and all has been well. Can anyone else verify this?

I know this isn't much help when going mail order, but it might be something to look out for if you want all your tuners the same flavor.

I'm not sure what fixed it...possibly the newer '108' version of the driver as opposed to the '107' but it's now working fine. I didn't have to patch anything, just change my atrpms line in sources.list from at-stable to at-testing, installed the 0.1.10-44_pre2_ch108 version of ivtv, and set up my modules.conf section as follows:

alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv
alias char-major-81-1 ivtv
options ivtv card=85,10 tuner=39,2
options msp3400 once=1 simple=1
add below ivtv msp3400 saa7115 tuner
add above ivtv lirc_dev lirc_i2c

Thanks to those that offered advice. Having two PVR-250s working in one box is great!

Once again, the two cards I'm using are a 'Freestyle' PVR-250 I bought off of Ebay last fall, and a new PVR-250 that I just bought at Circuit City last week.

Now if I could just get this old WinTV (bttv) card also working in the mix! :D
