Hello I can't get the tuner to work with my pvr-350 I tried options tuner type=2 and it returns that options comand not found. At this point its a clean knopp myth install with no changes as of yet. I"m a complete newbie to linux so if someone could walk me though it i'd really appreciate it.. Thanks inadvance

that line is not a command, it is a line you put into a file. and I think 2 is the default. if you are pal, I believe you have to change it to 5 and for some of the newer cards it has to be 39.

ok well i got it, thanks for the point in the right direction. Tuner ended up needing to be 39

This may or may not apply to you but tuner type 39 worked for me, but only untill channel 60, after that it did not work correctly. if you are experiencing this, I suggest you try using tuner type 44, which should work for now if thats a problem.
