I have a SOYO SY-P4RC350 motherboard that has integrated video and TV OUT and I am trying to get the TV OUT to work. So far, no luck so I am wondering if I am just going to have to buy a seperate video card.

My motherboard: http://www.soyogroup.com/products/proddesc.php?id=295
For TV OUT, it has an RCA video and s-video hookups.

I am wondering if I'm wasting my time trying to get it to work or if there's a GATOS driver that would help.

Any advice?
Thanks

Other hardware specs:
Celeron D 2.66
512MB RAM
PVR-250

It's a long process to get the Gatos drivers installed, here are the instructions:

You will have XFree86 build problems if you are using R4V5, but follow the links in the thread to discover which files you have to edit.

It's also advisable to go to Xfree86's website to get their directions on how to build it.

If you go down this route, let me know if your xv is working. (type xvinfo).

I did all this and my xv (hardware overlay support) didn't get installed. I don't know if its just my chip (9200SE) or what.
