I have a PVR 500 that thinks it is recording. How do I reset it?

What happened is that the power cord got knocked out, and ever since I get no live TV.

When I try Live TV, I get these messages in /var/log/myth/mythbackend.log:

"Michael's Eclectic Place": channel 1041

I don't have a channel 1041, and I don't record that show listed in the last line. As the time goes by, it says it's finished recording something different, but always on that channel.

channel 1041 is channel 41 on source 1. 1041 is the key to the channel table
