hey,
well, I've had my Myth Box for a while now, and I just had a quick question... Ya see, I have a remote which works, actually it works great..... AFTER I type in

# modprobe lirc_streamzap
# lircd

after every time it starts up, then once I've done that, I have to restart the MythFrontend. So anyway, I was wondering if there's any way that I could have that happen at the startup so that I wouldn't have to do that at startup. Anyway... tell me if you need any clarification or if you have any questions about the situation, I'll be happy to answer them. Thanks in advance.

Edit /etc/modutils/lirc. Change lirc_i2c to lirc_streamzap. Then execute update-modules.

woohoo!! Alright thanks, I knew about editing the /etc/modutils/lirc file, but I didn't realize I had to run "update-modules." Thank you very much for your help. Keep up all the amazing work!
