I'm impressed you're so close on HDTV with a P3. I've been keeping an eye on some used systems like that on ebay and pacificgeek.com. How much RAM do you have installed?

I'm viewing at 1600x1200 though, I dont have a standalone monitor, tv or projector that actually does 1920x1200 or true 1080P.

I just checked the chipset, the via CN700 on the walmart PC is fully capable of MPEG2 at 1600x1200, check it out:

With the right xine driver that is. Should be the same on the 6200. I'll double check on that.

So if you are ok to view hdtv at 1600x1200 that pc should be good to go out of the box.

Anybody tried this version of xine?
