Hi, I plan on making my self a set top box using Knoppmyth. I'm a n00b when it comes to linux, but i've used Knoppix before and was so thrilled when i found Knoppmyth that i wet myself! Anyways, i plan on using a Celeron 2.0 GHz machine w/ a motherboard that has builtin audio and video. I'd like to be able to record a show while watching another show simultanously. My question is: Do i need 2 tuner cards to accomplish this? Or, can i split the cable so one goes to the PVR and the other goes to the cable box, since the cable box is my current tuner.
