Can I watch mythfrontend on my tv (29") with the quality I usually watch tv without a PVR ?
I'm a Brazilian guy and were I live I don't have any store that sells Hauppauge capture cards. I would like to know if the PlayTv Go Plus can provides me an image with the same quality of a conventional tv without a PVR.
It make 'sense' to import that capture card?
I'll use the Nvidia 6600 with a Athlon 3200.

TO my eyes, the quality seems the same. That is TV vs Hauppuage PVR card. Using a software tuner won't give you the same quality as a hardwdare tuner. Now, you have a beefier processor, so you might be able to play with the setting to get great quality.
