I am trying to get the described tv card to work. I think the card is correctly detected but if i try to scan for channels I get only one really bad quality channel ( but it is saved 10 time or more ) ?!?!. In addition the video stops every 10 or 20 seconds for a short time. Here are some system outputs:

Are there any special options I have to set? The card is plugged to the german cable net with a pal tv.
