First post.

I've manged to get my optical out working on my Asus K8V-MX. I downloaded asound.conf from one of the posts on here. Watching a avi file works fine. When i go to watch live tv, there's no sound. Same when i try to watch an iso of a dvd I have.

Any body got any ideas?
