Updated my old mythtv box, with a fresh install. The last time, I was required
to install ivtv-0.4.5 to get my PVR-150 working.

Now, both the version in R5F1 and the updated version in ivtv-0.10.3 plus
the firmware are getting me static screens with some garbled audio.

Ideas?

HW: Aopen DX34Plus MB, 1.0Ghz PIII, 1.5GB Ram, PVR-150, SB Live 5.1,
DLink 520 (Atheros wifi), Intel Pro/100 ethernet, Combo USB2.0/1394 card,
250G IDE disk.

What size are you capturing video? 720X480 should be set for the PVR-150 or PVR-500 cards. Otherwise the picture quality is degrated in both models.

Didn't I reply to this already? You didn't post the orginal under installation did you?

In any case, most likely configuration. Look at the frequency sets as described on the BlackScreenWatchingTV troubleshooting page on the wiki. Links below.
