I've been satisfied with my box running with my 250 MCE card so I decided to try my luck at throwing in my other tuner card - a 401. So I go through the configuation and watch tv successfully, but I can't use PIP, so I guess only one of my tuners are working. How do I determine which one that is, short of unplugging one of the cables from the back of the box? |

The first tuner defined in the db is used to watch live TV. |

another thing to remember is pip will not work if you are using xvmc. go to the playback settings and uncheck xvmc and try again to see if it works after that. |

On a related note, how do you change tuners in live tv? I have two different sources (DirecTv and Cable) and when watching live tv on the DirecTV capture card, I can not switch to the cable capture card. The only time I can watch the second tuner in live tv mode is when the first is capturing a program. |
