It has been a while since I've had time for my knoppmyth system but here goes. It has been dead for way too long but now I'm ready to download R5F27 and attempt to get it going again. The last time it worked, I was running R5E50. While I had some "simple" problems getting it running initially, it did work well for some time. It seemed like my video card caused the majority of my problems.

Now for my question:

Prior to installing R5F27, should I consider replacing any of my hardware (should all be listed in my sig)? Specifically, I'm wondering about my FX5200 but I'm open to any suggestions within reason.

Thanks for your time.

You are being vague. You had a "problem", but don't really describe your "problem" or what possible steps you took to fix them. Your hardware looks compatible, but with details.....

I appreciate that but I'm really looking in general because it has been 6 months (or so) since I last had this thing running. I'll just wait for this download to finish and proceed.

Thanks!
