Is it possible to add a tuner (Motorola DCT-6200) to a diskless FE? I've been scouring soures (LinHES, this List, gossamer, etc). I've found threads talking about a diskless FE + tuner, but no setup info. KM R5F27 installed without a hitch on my MBE, no prob installing a diskless FE (psuedo Dragon). -sTv |

Two hints: 1) mythbackend must be running on the Diskless FE (making it, in effect, a Diskless Slave BE). 2) DO NOT USE A CUSTOM IDENTIFIER ON THE DISKLESS SLAVE BE!!! (Utilities / Setup --> Setup -- > General -- > Database Configuration 2/2). That is all. -sTv |
