Both my Hauppage PV-150 capture cards cannot seem to tune cahnnel 78. All the other channels are OK. But when I go to channel 78, all I get is static.

I'm using r5f1 updated to use schedules direct.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried fine tuning?

I looked at the web page as you gave and didn't see anything about fine tuning. How do I fine tune for channel 78?

Thanks!

That's why I said "also" as in "other things to look at".

There are a number of ways to access fine tuning. Using the channel editor in mythtv-setup (http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=GettingBackIntoMytTVsetup), using the interface in MythWeb (http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=BlackScreenWatchingTV), diddling with the DB directly, ....

Found the problem. Using mythtv-setup, and selecting the channel 78 to edit, for some reason it was set to ch 76!. Setting it to match 78 fixed it!

Thanks!
