| Post subject: | Installing with a ATI HDTV Wonder |
Trying to get my mythtv install working with an ATI HDTV Wonder. I've got everything else working, but during the setup, it always says cannot open card. On the capture card setup, I go to set up a new card, and it fills in the Card Type as Analog V4L capture card, is that right? I don't think so, but I can't figure it out. it says the video device is /dev/video0 and an ATI HDTV Wonder [cx8800] If I try to configure the sources, it says always says Failed to open the card. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Thanks |

I've set up the HDTV wonder for digital only. In the setup choose DVB DTV option. |

Ok, that did the trick, now on to fixing the remaining problems! |
