Thanks for the continued help. I opted for a complete reinstall this morning as there were some strange things occurring with the previous install. I took this opportunity to install without the imon remote and projector plugged in and everything works great.

When I plug in the projector and reboot, I get the one second black screen on the monitor (VGA) but not the projector (DVI-HDMI) when I use the remote keys on the keyboard. Currently, the tv plays only on VGA and videos only on DVI output.

I set up webmin first.
