I just built a frontend (SD only) with R6 and I installed using the VESA driver, unfortunately I can't install the nVidia driver 71.86. when I do a pacman -S nvidia-71xx it returns that it requires kernel26<2.6.28 which is the current version of the kernel. Is there a way to get this driver installed? Thanks |

Girkers, Kernel < 2.6.28 or kernel <= 2.6.28? If the former, then please open a bug report on flyspray. If the latter, you can try to force it by adding -f to your pacman command. |

I actually never got around to doing it, I just went and bought a 6800AGP video card, sorry I can't help. |
