| Post subject: | vertical hold on a PVR350 |
A few weeks ago I noticed a sudden picture "flip" (the vertical hold went) and it's been slowly getting worse. I don't think its software, I'm willing to be there's a grounding issue somewhere but I wanted to get some ideas together before I dig into it blindly I'm using the TV out of a haupage PVR350 I bought in... 2005? 2006? |

I was forced to reboot because my time got waaaay off and during that reboot I had to plug in the VGA and figured I'd re-plug the tv out cables... sure enough everything works good for now. still post ideas as this may come back OR someone else may search this out and be looking for answers |

it was a faulty RCA cable, I discovered it while switching some cables around cheap ass no name "high grade" cables with a faulty ground |
