Hi, I'm planning on building my first mythTV box. Before I order the parts I wanted to just to check if these would work...

WinTV pvr-350
Pc Chips M863G Motherboard
AMD Athlon 2000+
256mb DDR333 (should I get more?)
80 gig harddrive (how much video will this capture?)
EDIT: and a wifi card which I already own, the D-Link DWL-G520. Revision B Which I'm pretty sure is linux supported.
All for: $409.94
The winTV card its self is around $170 with shipping.
***Am i getting ripped off on this or not?***

One last question. This box will be for my parents. As long as it can all be done by a remote I think they will be fine. If this is too complicated, perhaps should I get a 40hr tivo instead?

You don't need more RAM. The only thing I'd be worried about is the motherboard. Does it have a Via chipset?

I'd be worried about anything with the pcchips name on it no matter what chipset it uses, but knowing pcchips more than likely sis.
