Would you please make a deb file available for the latest configuration of the ATI Remote Wonder as a module?

Thank you, makers of KnoppMyth and the ATI_REMOTE fixes!

I have KnoppMyth R4 and the ATI Remote Wonder kernel module installed and working sort OK but several keys are missing. My module is the basic ATI_REMOTE module plus the diff from the GATOS project.

I read the forum and there is quite a number of ATI_REMOTE related improvements for MythTV but it is not clear (to me anyways) what the latest configuration of ati_remote.c is.

I am very hesitant to go in a mess up a working module so I am wondering if you would make a deb file available of the latest KnoppMyth reference ATI_REMOTE kernel module.

Maybe this would help others? Apparently it is already in R4V2.

Thanks in advance whatever happens

Andrew Lynch

modifying the ati_remote.c file to bind the keys to whatever you want is drop dead easy. You can follow my design on this thread:

just open up the ati_remote.c file (in the drivers you downloaded) and change things following the pattern in the post. KEY_BAR should be KEY_BACKSLASH and then my changes should compile fine. You'll get a binding that is like the one shown in the picture linked in the thread.

Cheers.
