I have been enthusiastically playing arround with Knoppmyth and an old bt848 capture card (no tuner). I have got the serial link up and running to my trusty Dbox1 aka Nokia Mediamaster 9500 aka DVB2000

So I can get Dutch TV schedules, and use all the Myth facilities, with the PC changing channel on the Dbox (using mmset). Cool, thanks to the developers of all the components and this forum.
However, one of the nice features of the Dbox with the DVB2000 software (thanks Uli !) is the fact that you can do some fairly primitive streaming out of a scsi port on the reciever. Its a bit clunky because the Audio Video streams needs to be properly processes mutiplexed and synced by the client. When it does work you get lossless capture
So the question is: There is a linux program GRAB (1.33) that will stream from the Nokia to a PC. Is there a way for me to integrate this with Myth ? absolutly worst case I could probably just call GRAB from the external "change channel " command. Any other ideas. Please note I have only recently learned how to spell linox
