Tried running find_orphans.py on a fairly new box created from the 7.2 cd. I get the following error when trying to run the script.

[root@mythtv2 ~]# find_orphans.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/LH/bin/find_orphans.py", line 222, in <module>
    DB = MythDB()
  File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/MythTV/database.py", line 930, in __init__
    raise MythDBError(MythError.DB_CREDENTIALS)
MythTV.exceptions.MythDBError: Could not find database login credentials


find_orphans.py runs fine on my other box which has been was upgraded from R6 to R7.2

Not sure where to start ...

You are probably missing either /usr/share/mythtv/config.xml or ~/.mythtv/config.xml. Generate one by running
Code:
systemconfig.py -m hostype
as root or sudo.

I ran systemconfig.py -m hostype But I am still getting the same error.

Yes there is a config.xml at "/usr/share/mythtv/config.xml" but it did not create one in /root/.mythtv/

I copied the one from "/usr/share/mythtv/config.xml to /root/.mythtv/config.xml

After copying the find_orphans.py to now runs.
