| Post subject: | changing gnome-screensaver without the service menu? |
For some reason, when I change my screensaver preference (that is changing to a different screensaver) in the service menu, the settings do not take effect. How can I change it from the shell? Using the standard "gnome-screensaver-preferences" displays the expected dialog box, but all the options are grayed-out. |
