I just did a fresh install of R6 on my FE that was running R5.5 and am experiencing a problem with the mplayer-resumer.pl script. I have my video player settings in mythfrontend setup to use the resumer script as I always have: Code: /usr/LH/bin/mplayer-resumer.pl -fs -zoom -quiet -vo xv %s
Problem is when I view something in mythvideo, the script doesn't work properly and videos aren't resumed from where I left off after waiting at least 5 sec. If I call the script from a shell, videos are resumed as normal! The script is writing a .VIDEONAME.resume file in each case but the difference is that the file contains the number 0 if it's started from mythfrontend regardless of its true place in the video. If it's started from a shell, it contains a number >0 as it should. Anyone? |

<smacks forehead> I just realized that the problem is the -quiet switch! I took it out and the script works as it should. |
